DevBoard is provided as a local-first note-taking and visual thinking tool. You may use the app for personal, educational, or commercial purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

User Data

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files and workspaces. DevBoard is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion.

Optional cloud sync features may store data using third-party infrastructure providers.

Accounts and Authentication

Some features may require authentication through Google, GitHub, email login, or other supported providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use DevBoard for unlawful activities
Attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
Attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or other users' data
Use the service to distribute malware or harmful content

No Warranty

DevBoard is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The app may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevBoard shall not be liable for damages, data loss, business interruption, or other issues arising from use of the app.
